Summary: Hotel is being renovated. Drapes were all coming apart. Hole in the room darkening window covering. Shelves were coming apart. There was 1 outlet within 12ft of the headboard. Office chair had hole that had been taped together. Wallpaper was literally coming off the walls. The worst part…bathroom sink was completely clogged and when you turn on the faucet tons of gunk came out from under the drain cover. I went to the front desk…no maintenance on duty! Poor front desk girl had to go to the second floor to find a plunger and I had to plunge it myself. Only other option (at 11pm on a Saturday) was to split my family up into 2 different rooms. When I asked for them to throw in breakfast for the inconvenience, she said only a manager could do that and he wouldn’t be in until Monday. Everything about the stay was bad except the front desk girl trying to help.

Summary: Front desk staff was friendly, as were housekeeping. Would have been nice to know they were under construction.. no pool. No restaurant/bar... the room could really use a DEEP clean/scrub/carpet cleaning. Breakfast was silly... not much to choose from but still wanting to charge for it? Pass.

Summary: Somehow we got this hotel for a meeting in Oshkosh. This was nowhere near Oshkosh. But it has happened to a lot of people. They had a stack of pre-printed directions to get to Oshkosh. Worse, the hotel was being renovated. The breakfast area was closed, the lobby was partly torn up. There was also much road construction in the area. Only the room was nice. The pool and hottub were advertised, but were also closed.

Summary: Overall it was pretty good but when I booked the hotel nothing was mentioned about the construction that was going on so my son was kind of bummed out about not having the pool so if I knew about this before I booked it I probably would have explored it elsewhere.

Summary: Room had issues with television and internet. Contacted front desk … staff had no solution… fortunately one room was vacant so able to move. Bar and food service limited … morning small buffet available for a fee… limited bar activity for a Packer weekend.

Summary: The room was clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful with directions. They referred us to eateries. They were actually help and pretty good. Only concern is the smell of the room upon entering. Otherwise everything was good. Thanks.
